Change of mind: Our products are printed by third party POD (Print-on-demand) suppliers. Once an order is placed, we cannot cancel, refund, replace or amend the order as we hold no control over the production and shipping process. Please choose carefully.
Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items: If an item arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, please contact us ASAP with a description of the problem and photographic evidence which clearly communicates the problem. Without photographic evidence, we cannot process a claim. Claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of the item. We will assess the claim and, if deemed valid, offer a reprint or refund for the defective products at no additional charge to you.
Lost Orders: For packages lost in transit, please get in touch with us within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. We'll be happy to send a replacement order on your behalf.
Color Consistency: While we strive for color consistency, slight variations may occur due to printing processes and other factors. Unfortunately we can't accept returns for colour variations.
Wrong Address: If an insufficient address is provided, resulting in the return of the shipment, you will be responsible for reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed.
Rejected by the Recipient and Unclaimed: If the recipient rejects the shipment or fails to claim it, we can arrange for the product price to be refunded for a new order while shipping costs will still apply.
