  1. Change of mind: Our products are printed by third party POD (Print-on-demand) suppliers. Once an order is placed, we cannot cancel, refund, replace or amend the order as we hold no control over the production and shipping process. Please choose carefully.

  2. Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items: If an item arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, please contact us ASAP with a description of the problem and photographic evidence which clearly communicates the problem. Without photographic evidence, we cannot process a claim. Claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of the item. We will assess the claim and, if deemed valid, offer a reprint or refund for the defective products at no additional charge to you.

  3. Lost Orders: For packages lost in transit, please get in touch with us within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. We'll be happy to send a replacement order on your behalf.

  4. Color Consistency: While we strive for color consistency, slight variations may occur due to printing processes and other factors. Unfortunately we can't accept returns for colour variations.

  5. Wrong Address: If an insufficient address is provided, resulting in the return of the shipment, you will be responsible for reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed.

  6. Rejected by the Recipient and Unclaimed: If the recipient rejects the shipment or fails to claim it, we can arrange for the product price to be refunded for a new order while shipping costs will still apply.
