As someone fascinated by nature I appreciate the colour and vibrance of seasonal fruits that make their way into my breakfast smoothies. The first plant I bought when I moved to Barcelona was a lemon tree which lives on my balcony and gifts me an intoxicating fragrance to signal the start of summer, and a year-round abundance of fruit that features in one of my great passions in life – a great gin and tonic!
