Pol\u00edtica de devoluciones<\/h1>

  1. Change of mind: <\/strong>Our products are printed by third party POD (Print-on-demand) suppliers. Once an order is placed, we cannot cancel, refund, replace or amend the order as we hold no control over the production and shipping process. Please choose carefully.<\/p><\/li>

  2. Misprinted\/Damaged\/Defective Items:<\/strong> If an item arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, please contact us ASAP with a description of the problem and photographic evidence which clearly communicates the problem. Without photographic evidence, we cannot process a claim. Claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of the item. We will assess the claim and, if deemed valid, offer a reprint or refund for the defective products at no additional charge to you.<\/p><\/li>

  3. Lost Orders:<\/strong> For packages lost in transit, please get in touch with us within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. We'll be happy to send a replacement order on your behalf.<\/p><\/li>

  4. Color Consistency: <\/strong>While we strive for color consistency, slight variations may occur due to printing processes and other factors. Unfortunately we can't accept returns for colour variations.<\/p><\/li>

  5. Wrong Address:<\/strong> If an insufficient address is provided, resulting in the return of the shipment, you will be responsible for reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed.<\/p><\/li>

  6.
